Focus
Focus is one of the four Primary Constraints in the OPC Model: the main bottleneck is fragmentation, with too many active inputs and competing priorities relative to capacity.
The main problem is fragmentation. Too many active inputs and competing priorities. Not limited by effort or direction — limited by distribution of attention.
A Focus constraint is frequently mislabelled as poor time management or lack of discipline. The pattern underneath is structural: each commitment is individually justified, and the combined load prevents any of them from getting sustained contact.
