Execution

Follow-throughCompletion

Execution is one of the four Primary Constraints in the OPC Model: the main bottleneck is converting intention into consistent, completed action.

The main problem is turning intent into consistent action and completion. Sufficient clarity and direction — the bottleneck is conversion of intention into done.

An Execution constraint is frequently mislabelled as laziness or weak willpower. The pattern underneath is structural: direction and intent are present, and the conversion of intention into completed work keeps breaking at the same point.
