What we collect
Your email address, provided at checkout. Your session answers, stored anonymously and not linked to your identity before purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe — Truscope does not store card details.
How we use it
To deliver your report by email. To send the optional follow-up emails described at the point of purchase. To improve the diagnostic over time using anonymised aggregate data.
Retention
Session data is retained for 90 days. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion.
