Expansion
Expansion is one of the four Phases in the OPC Model: a situational context in which things are growing or opening up and the characteristic pressure is managing more than existing structures were designed to handle.
Things are growing or opening up. Opportunity is increasing. The challenge is managing growth intelligently without letting momentum become noise.
Phase describes the nature of the current situation, not a property of the person in it. It is the most explicitly transient of the three dimensions and is expected to change as external circumstances change.
